Abstract
The effects of two insecticides parathion and chlordane and two metallic salts sodium Selenite and sodium arsenate were observed in vivo on rats and in vitro on human fetal kidney Cells. Considerable changes were observed in the staining intensities with both methyl green pyronin and feulgen naphthol yellow-S in the treated series as compared to controls in liver, kidney, lung and brain. The foetal kidney cultures showed similar variations in staining.
