Abstract

A total of 63 mulberry strains collected from different sources were grouped into 14 clusters using D2 analysis. Among them 25 Indian mulberry strains had fallen into first seven clusters ranging from cluster-I to cluster -VII and the rest 38 foreign mulberry strains were distributed into 13 different clusters except cluster-l. Thus, high degree of genetic diversity exists among mulberry strains.
