Abstract

Sex chromatin studies were carried out on 70 primary amenorrhea cases. Out of 70 cases, 50 are sex chromatin positive (+ve), 6 cases are sex chromatin negative (-ve) and 1 case is with double positive (++ve). The remaining 13 cases have two types of sex chromatin. Out of these 13, 11 cases are with negative/positive (-ve/+ve); 1 with negative/double positive (-ve/++ve) and remaining case is with positive/double positive +ve/++ve.
