Abstract
Fresh seeds of Heliotropium supinum L. are dormant and possess germination inhibitors. The specific requirements for their germination are an alternate temperature (lower limit 10°C), an after –ripening in dry or mud storage and presence of light. The microbes of the mud during mud storage do not significantly effect germination.
